Experience in the building industry is beneficial, but not essential, as Cornerstone Building Systems will provide full training, ongoing support, and many support materials. Sub-licences or franchises for builders, developers and agents that can operate anywhere in New Zealand are priced at the flat rate of T$10,000 + GST.

Cornerstone Building Systems
The Cornerstone Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) wall system, a type of Structural Insulated Panel (SIP), is a well-proven system and offers the following benefits:

Sub-licences or franchises for builders, developers and agents that can operate anywhere in NewZealand are priced at the flat rate of T$10,000 + GST.
Easy-entry into the licence system with access to a range of building plans of all sizes.
Area licences are also available at varied prices according to the area undertaken. A 20% deposit will be available on Bartercard for the area licences with the balance in cash.
The area licences are based on specific Territorial Authorities and are priced according to building consent figures for each area, so please note, the price on this advertisement does not apply to area licences.
