Fortified Merlot - 6 bottle case

Le Rouge Royale pays respect to the health, giving properties of the Wine Grape. The Grape is allowed to mature to maximise ripeness and then selectively Hand Harvested to maintain the utmost integrity. After an initial limited fermentation over heat, the liquid is then left on the skins for an extended period to extract all the colour and beneficial health ingredients. Later a unique combination of special botanical extracts, selected to add intriguing and subtle flavours, is added.

Le Rouge Royale is the perfect complement to special celebrations, with or without food, often used as an aperitif or as a unique Cocktail ingredient, especially with a Gin: Royale Cocktail; (2 parts Le Rouge Royale, 1 part finest Gin, served on rocks with a twist of lemon).
