Installation Included. 

Additional cash travel charge will apply for installation outside Bay of Plenty & Rotorua areas.

Installation includes full assembling of pool:

Concreting frames, laying of under pool base, all PVC pipe and fittings, Installation of plumbing & connection of filtration system, back fill & cement up to .700mm deep (if pool installed in-ground), drainage around pool & atmospheric pipe (if installed in-ground).

***PRICE EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

*Excavation and removal of fill. If your excavation is over and above the dig plan you may incur extra back fill charges.

*Extra plumbing materials and labour for SAND FILTER CONNECTION.

*Extra plumbing charges if the filtration system is located more than 4.0M away from the pool.

*Submersible pump for atmospheric pipe (If pool installed in-ground)Not always required.

*Sand or glass media for sand filter.

*Salt or chlorine for pool.

*Water for the pool.

*Electrical connection.

*Installing of Steps, Cover, Reel, heating: additional charges will apply.

*Hand over $150.

*Pool or Fencing council consent costs - We are happy to assist with consent documentation; our charge is $690.00 (cash).

*****PAYMENT TERMS FOR INSTALLATION:       

*50% Payment required once posts are concreted in.

*30% When pool is filling with water.

*20% Remaining balance due when back-filling is completed, and pool is installed.

$150.00 due on completion of hand over. (Cash payment, Invoiced separately)

Signatures are required on both the "Swimming Pool Installation Agreement" and "Conditions of Engagement". Copies of both the agreement & engagement will be sent to you once this quote has been accepted.
