Bartercard Gift Card

• Ideal for one off staff incentives, prizes, gifts or bonuses for non Bartercard members.
• You can spend the Gift Card the same way as any Bartercard card.
• Gift Cards can be used within 24 hours of submitting the order to Bartercard.
• Maximum of one gift card per person per year.

Gift Cards will either be posted to you or you may pick up from your local branch - please advise if you will be picking up the gift Vouchers and we will ensure your branch has them for you.

Conditions of use:

1. You must sign the reverse of the Gift Card immediately.

2. Your Gift Card is active at the time of issue.

3. Your Gift Card is only redeemable at participating Bartercard Members.

4. Your Gift Card expires on the date shown on the front of the card. Any unused credit balance remaining on your Gift Card at expiry will be forfeited to Bartercard.

5. Your Gift Card may only be used in the Bartercard exchange and is not redeemable for cash.

6. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that purchases are within the credit balance of the Gift Card. If you wish to use your Gift Card to purchase goods at a price exceeding the credit funds remaining on your Gift Card you must pay the excess using another payment method. If the price of the goods is less than the credit balance remaining on your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your Gift Card for use on another occasion. You may check your Gift Card balance at any time by free calling on 0800 650 055 and quoting the Gift Card number.

7. Your Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged and Bartercard will not be responsible for unauthorised use of your Gift Card or for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen or damaged.

8. You must clearly state, to the selling member at the time of making a booking, placing an order or accepting a quote, your intention to pay using your Bartercard Gift Card.

By signing the Gift Card I/we release, indemnify and hold Bartercard New Zealand LP (and all of its officers, agents, principals and representatives) free and harmless from any loss, damages, claims, liabilities in any way related to or arising out of the Gift Card including but not way of limitation any loss related to the loss, theft, forgery or failure to accept the card to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In signing the attached Gift Card, I the recipient, acknowledge I have read and understood the terms and conditions contained herein.

Note: Recipient may only receive one card per year and no further funds will be issued to the recipient on this or any subsequent gift card.
