From the 1st June to 31st October (NZ Ski Season) we only take bookings two weeks in advance prior to your travek dates.
The house includes 3 bedrooms each with TV and DVD player, there is a heat pump in the lounge and over the summer off peak season we will be installing a large fireplace as well.
We recently added French doors and a deck off the dining room offering a view of Mount Ruapehu in the distance.
Perfect as a base for skiing or snowboarding in the winter , or one of the many walks and cycle tracks, or for off-roaders or hunters who need a warm base before the head into the bush in the summer.
For beds, we have:
1 king bed in main bedroom
1 queen bed in bedroom 2
1 queen bed in bedroom 3
1 queen bed- in bedroom 4 ( bedroom 4 is currently being re-wallpapered)you are welcome to use the room,just please be aware it is not finished
1 double bed settee in lounge
We have two dogs ourselves who love visiting the house on our family trips, so guests with pets are more than welcome.
We do have a chicken coop at the end of the backyard, where we have two chooks. Our neighbours look after our girls while we're away from the house, so please feel free to help yourself to some fresh eggs from there if they are available (the hens do tend to stop laying in the snowy winter months though!)
