Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 450mg, Ashwaghanda (Withania somnifera) 75mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 125mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 100mg, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) 50mg, Lavender (Lavandula) 75mg, Pineapple Sage (Salvia elegans) 112mg, Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 62mg, Sunflower Lecithin (phosphatidyl choline)
Base Ingredients:
MCT Oil, Palm-Free Vegetable Glycerine
Directions:
Shake before use.
Recommended sublingual dosage:
Adults (over 12 years old)
1-2mls, 2-3 times a day.
Maximum dose 6ml/day.
