Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 325mg, Hops (humulus), 125mg Ashwaghanda (Withania somnifera) 95mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 100mg, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) 75mg, Lavender (Lavandula) 75mg, Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Lemon Balm (Mellissa officinalis) 45mg

Base Ingredients:

MCT Oil, Palm-Free Vegetable Glycerine

Directions:

Shake before use.

Recommended sublingual dosage:

Adults (over 12 years old)

1-2mls, 2-3 times a day.

Maximum dose 6ml/day.
