GaraPlan™ is a plan system designed by a Kiwi, simply to enable you to have a project quantified for a building from your local timber merchant. The plans are drawn in a format where there are multiple floor lay-outs, all contained inside the one set, that you can purchase. We select one plan in a larger scale at the front of the set as an example, however, your timber merchant will need to know which specific plan you will want to work with.

GaraPlan™ is a plan system designed by a Kiwi, simply to enable you to have a project quantified for a building from your local timber merchant. The plans are drawn in a format where there are multiple floor lay-outs, all contained inside the one set, that you can purchase. These buildings are designed with a 15 degree gable roof, timber bevel-back weather-boards on a cavity batten system with double glazed aluminium joinery.
The plans contain all construction details to build including foundation & roof framing details, architectural details, weather-tightness detailing for double glazed windows.
These plans are to enable a timber merchant to quantify for you. We can help you for a fee (POA) to get a building consent if you would like to continue to actually build on your project site anywhere in New Zealand. Just let us know.

- Plans will be delivered in A3 size format to the email address you provide.
- The plans are copy-written and for your exclusive use only.
