At Harbour Hospice we make more than 10,000 visits and 22,000 phone calls to patients every year, and that care doesn’t stop over the festive season. With your continued support, we keep going. Harbour Hospice provides specialist, palliative care for families living in the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore and Warkworth/Wellsford Communities.
We provide compassionate care, free of charge, working primarily with patients, families and carers in their homes and also within our three hospice sites.
From nursing and medical care, counselling, social work, cultural and spiritual support, physiotherapy, day groups, training programmes and more. Our goal is to help people live every moment in whatever way is important to them. It doesn't matter who you are, what you believe in, or where you live, Hospice care is free for you, every day of the year.
