Koru Care Southland Charitable Trust is made up of a group of committed Southlanders working for the benefit of Southland children with diverse health conditions by providing an overseas holiday experience to either the Gold Coast in Australia or Disneyland in Los Angeles. The trip includes flights, accommodation, medical care, all expenses and 24 caregivers.
We take 14 children to the Gold Coast in March and 10 children to Disneyland in September each year, to date Koru Care Southland has taken over 750 children on one of these trips over the past 30 years.
