First Live Training - Wednesday, 24th April 2024 - 9am to 3pm in central Auckland

  • Leadership vs Management - A clear definition of both and the different skill sets each require and how to apply thee to grow our people and grow our business.
  • Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs - Understanding human needs from basic fundamentals to enlightened status and how to benchmark your team against this.
  • Mindset of a Leader - Understanding of the mindset drivers for Peak Performance Leadership and resetting these for ongoing ssuccess.
  • Leadership and Management Goal Setting Session - Understand S.M.A.R.T and D.U.M.B Goal setting methodologies and write both personal and professional goals with an action plan to achieve them.

Second Live Training

  • Leadership and Management Hidden Weaknesses - Understanding of leadership hidden weaknesses that can stop us executing our processes and roles.
  • Extended DISC Leadership - Understanding of your Leadership and Management style, strengths, blind spots, stress triggers and motivators.
  • Leadership styles, Johari's Window and Adirs model - Learn about the 4 leadership styles and when to use them for maximum results. Develop greater self-awareness in meetings and group situations to maximise outcomes. Understand how to manage your time tasks and people most effectively.

Third Live Training

  • Ikigai - Clarity on your deep drivers for reflection and long term motivation.
  • Vision - A documented company vision over the coming 2-5 years to align the team and ocus on the most important activities.
  • Purpose - To understand the deep motivational business driver of not only what you do but also why you do what you do.
  • Values - Values to build culture, drive performance and change behaviours.

Fourth Live Training

  • Eisenhower Matrix - Understanding the 4-quadrant best practice delegation matrix.
  • Delegation Methodology - Understanding how to delegate and create a coaching feedback to loop to motivate and grow team members.
  • Accountability Steps - How to hold the team and yourself ccountable using motivational frameworks.
  • Recruitment - You will be clear on a recruitment strategy to be able to find and onboard A players.
