Take it easy at this unique getaway.
While we are on State Highway 1, we have a great little cottage here where you can relax, let the world go by and enjoy not being a part of the hustle and bustle.
The cottage is cosy, has a fire to warm the place, double glazing, and a lovely outlook.

The space
Our property is five acres, has a pond and gardens of trees etc that require constant attention. We are a work in progress and love our home.
When the feijoas are ripe, help yourself! If the chickens are laying and oblige by laying where they should, we may have fresh eggs for you.
We are located five minutes from Otaki shopping and cafe's, and local bike tracks are not far away. Beach access is down at Waikawa Beach, down Waikawa Beach Road or head down to Waikanae Beach.
Guest access
Our guests are very welcome to wander through the trees and use the spa
Other things to note
Tilly and Maisey will say hullo, very friendly and old now. Both twelve and Tilly is getting quite deaf.
Feel free to keep the gate on the deck shut if you're not keen on the interaction with the dogs. Farm cat will probably make an appearance.
